Strength and technique

On minute 1 - 3 power cleans @ 75-80% of 1rm
On minute 2 - 3 push jerks @ 75-80% of 1rm

Work for 12 minutes.
Push jerks can be taken from a rack if needed.

Metcon (for time)

3 rounds:

21 handstand push ups
15 burpees
9  front squats 60/40
