24 push ups
Rest no more than 3 mins between sets.
Bar is not put down during the barbell movements. Work for heaviest loads possible over the 5 sets. Weights can be increased.
Score by adding the 5 amounts together at the end for one score.
Push ups are scored in 5 sets of unbroken reps only.
Push ups should be unbroken and very challenging. 24 is the maximum target each time.
