*If scaling is needed, think about what we covered on the gymnastics course and choose an appropriate scaling that provides enough stimulus and will see you through at least 10 push ups easily.
Skill and load
Power snatch 3, OMEM for 15 minutes. Go as heavy as good form and NO FAILS will allow.
Tabata squats, bottom to bottom.
*20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. "Rest" for the 10 seconds is in the bottom phase of the squat
