Every 2 mins for 7 rounds:

Run 200m 
Up to 12 toes to bar (pick a number that gives you 20 seconds rest at the end of each interval)
Score total toes to bar

Rest 3 mins

EMOM 10 mins:

Max burpees min 1
Run 200m min 2
Score max burpees
