Orange Pack

Great for the beginner or if you complement your CrossFit with your sport or other physical activities.
Attend up to 3 classes a week, including the Tiger Barbell and Skills and Drills.

Black Pack

Unlimited access to as many classes as you like. The most flexible and value for money option, allowing for more creativity in your weekly training schedule. Black Pack members also receive a 10% discount on all workshops and seminars.

Partner Membership

It's great to train together and our partner membership allows for spouses and partners to join at a 10% discount each.

Free Taster

Book a free taster session using our online booking system, come and enjoy a CrossFit workout and meet the coaches.

Onramp Fundamentals Course - £75 £44.95 +1 Month FREE (Limited time offer)

Your CrossFit experience begins with our Fundamentals sessions. These are usually 2 one-to-one workshops with one of our expert coaches. During the roughly 75 minute sessions, you will learn the fundamental movements that form the basis of CrossFit training. The sessions are content packed and fun. When you have attended both the sessions, you can pick the appropriate training package and start attending classes.
