What is CrossFit Fundamentals?

Before starting CrossFit, every member needs to complete the CrossFit Fundamentals course. It is made up of two packed sessions that last roughly 75 minutes each.

You will work one-to-one with an expert coach, who will assess your present movement patterns, skill level and also go through any pre-existing injuries or health issues. You will learn the all the fundamental movements of CrossFit and have lots of practice getting familiar with them. By the end of the second session, you will have a good idea of the basics and be ready to join in the fun!

Your coach will then help you select an appropriate training subscription so you can use our online booking system to reserve your first classes!

Your fundamentals never really come to end however, as the coaches are continually working to keep everyone's skill in these basic functional movements as high as possible.
